Pull out your coupons from your 8/16 Smart Source insets and pay NOTHING for a single EAS Bar. I examined my coupon from my insert and found there are NO size restrictions. Per Kroger policy the coupon will most likely be brought down to the value of the product so be ready for that to happen.
If your store rings them up half price/half price OR if they allow a coupon on the free item:

[pl-desc]Use (2) $1.50/1 EAS Product from 08/16 SS (exp 9/30)

If your store rings them up full price and zero and/or does NOT allow a coupon the free item:

Its funny how we all have different tastes. My husband loves them and eats them whenever he doesn’t have time for a snack or meal. They are perfect to take on his bike as well.

Or instead of feeding them to an amimal…you could donate/send them to our troops. While they may not be the tastiest…when they are overseas…they welcome anything. I know most bases here in the US do ‘welcome home’ baskets for single soldiers who return after deployment and have no one to greet them. If you know an army wife…she can give you more info.
Or give them to any homeless people you might run into.
The dog….sheesh. Dogs can’t even have chocolate.

And then, when you get home, feed them to the dog… They’re NASTY! :D. The drinks are worse too!
