Who can we complain to when there is no coupon inserts in Sunday’s papers located at the Kroger Stores and is suppose to have some !
That may have to be directed to the company that delivers the paper. I know in my area I’m only guaranteed inserts if I purchase through paper company. Maybe your Kroger store can direct you in the right place.
