I recently emailed Kroger customer service regarding their printed coupon policy and the overage policy. Per Kroger corporate, it is up to the individual store. (My local Kroger won’t take coupons printed on my printer, ie Coupons.com)
I had the same experience as Laura. They refused to take it.
Also wouldn’t take the Revlon $3/1 coupons. So struck out yesterday. Will try again tomorrow.

I went to Kroger and was able to score 4 free bic razor in Atlanta tonight.
I just left and was not able to get overages either.. Nor tuna for $.50? I paid $.75 each. Did get for nail polishes for $.19 each..

it’s the smart source coupon insert in the sunday papers. the red plum inserts are abbr. as RP and the Proctor and Gamble inserts are PG. hope this helps

The coupon was in the 7/27 smart source, also in the one dated 6/29.
Here, in Houston Area they stopped allowing overages. I bought my inserts Saturday and took advantage of the great savings at Target which were free! I was able to get 4pk of the Bic Soleil Bella. YAY:)

Laura…take it to Walmart. As much as I detest Walmart I HAD to go there yesterday and they had men and ladies Bic Razors for $2.82. So they took the entire $3.00 coupon off the price. Money maker! 🙂
I used my Revlon too…since I was there. Scorednail polish for $0.97.

Yes. Walmart allows overage. Although overage is great, this item is taxed and you may just break even. I found just sticking with my Kroger is just easier in the end. HTH
Because tne coupon was higher than tne price my Krogers refused the coupon. The register would not take it 🙁
