Update: Sorry everyone. I received the wrong information on the rebate. Apparently, your purchase needed to be dated on or before 9/30…I assume the postmark date is 10/15. So! This is no longer FREE at Walmart, but it is FREE at Target with your stackable coupons! (thanks for the comment Angela!)
