So, it’s been a LONG time since I’ve updated the FREE at Kroger master list and here’s why. Back in the old days, there were always TONS of free items that you could get with coupons at Kroger. Then, couponing started changing. The more popular it became…the more restrictions were placed on coupon usage. Many Kroger stores stopped doubling coupons and that made the FREE list not so impressive anymore. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to continue with it, especially when many of the deals require doubles. HOWEVER! Right now we have several amazing cheap/free deals that I thought should be highlighted, so the FREE list is BACK BABY (for now)! What you can expect to see are FREE and CHEAP deals. I have listed the final price WITHOUT doubles and also WITH doubles, so keep in mind that not everything will be free for everyone…but definitely a stockup price. Great. I am new to couponing (only for a month and a half) and this type of thing really helps.
Thank you for all of your hard work. We’re on such a limited budget and resources that I have to do a lot of stuff like “the old days”. This doesn’t leave much time to price match, ad match ups, etc. Again, thanks so much.

The chocolate spread is not on sale at my store 🙁 But I did find a free good close outs in the kids toothbrushes and toothpaste so I was not a waste of a trip 🙂
