I did this deal and the $5 Catalina did not print, which happens sometimes. So I submitted a ticket to the Catalina company with my reciept. They rejected my ticket claim saying that I did not met the $20 requirement. I bought (3) Duracell at $6.99 each and (2) edge shave cream. Because I used coupons it lowered my OOP to $18.XX. So now Catalina company thinks that I did not spend the required $20. How do you explain to them that you did.
