Mine disappeared in the middle of submitting the offer
So did mine!! I emailed them on it. I saw the caress offer while at the store too, but it wouldn’t let me unlock it.
Mine disappeared after I submitted as well. I emailed them about it. The Caress/Axe one disappeared too after I submitted too. 🙁
Yeah they’re trying to tell me just had to move up the expiration date and I can refresh the app to see, blah blah blah. I replied with a somewhat scratching email that the rebate was on my submission and it was dishonest to not honor it and to tease people with this offer and then pull it midday. We’ll see what happens…
They ended up giving me mine. Customer support said that it was expired when I submitted it, but it was still on my unlocked list and submitted fine. They gave me the Dove one and the Caress/Axe one.
Both my Dove and Caress Ibotta rebates disappeared as well.

the offer disappeared on ibotta by the time I came back from the store, I had even unlocked the offer 🙁
plus you can submit to check out 51$4.00 so it would be a $4.52 money maker
Checkout 51 won’t do it if it shows something else has already been taken off on the receipt.
I submited it to Saving star and Checkout 51 and was approved!!
You technically can do either. Katie is just making the point that she can’t promote double dipping because it is against SavingStar policy, but it’s not that you can’t actually do it. -No one get crazy, I’m not condoning, just explaining.
SavingStar says not to use it with another coupon but is Ibotta a coupon? I thought it was more of a rebate.
Is it ok to use the SavingStar and then do the Ibotta rebate? No problems with that?
