The fine print says the coupon is void in 21 states.
It’s valid in my state (Indiana), but it says that “There are currently no items associated with this coupon.” So does this mean that it won’t work?

Check the fine print on the digital coupon; it is invalid in over 20 states (those with some version of a dairy anti-dumping law that effectively prohibits offering any dairy product for sale at below cost).
