You cannot use a Kroger digital coupon and a Kroger Cash Back offer together. It’s an either/or situation.
Both the Digital Coupon and the Cash Back worked for me.
I got the KCB when I used the DC too. I didn’t get any KCB when I used a paper coupon with a different offer, so the whole situation is YMMV.

I did it several times and “My Available cash back” is always zero!
Try calling customer service. They can see into your account, including what you purchased, and should be able to resolve this for you. They’re pretty good about this kind of stuff.
