My favorite thing to cook and serve that always gets my family hogging down is mashed potatoes. I make them like my nene used to, with Country Crock Spread. Now that there’s so much more flavor, it’s even better!!! Gearing up for this post I actually made my favorite mashed potatoes to share with you!
I make sure to not cut my potatoes too small when I boil them, mashed potatoes not potato soup! I add salt to the water, and a nice sized clump of Country Crock. This adds so much flavor to the potatoes as they cook. After I drain, I make sure to add milk, and MORE Country Crock to make them creamy and flavorful. When you get done whipping, just because, add one more spoonful of Country Crock right on top and let it melt. Sometimes, depending on who is coming I add pepper at this stage. So YUMMY!!!!
