Customer Service got back with me this morning via email. They gave me a $2 coupon off my next order to resolve the situation with my coupon not coming off. I think it’s a glitch.
My $2 coupon also did not come off the Colgate Optic White. It is specifically listed in the app under the coupon. I went to the Service Desk and the girl was a bit snotty and said the reason was because the coupon was for more than the cost of the toothpaste. Weird because the colgate has worked for me dozens of time before. I have a basket of free toothpaste from Kroger. I am not going to pay $1.99 for something I dont need. Anyways she reluctantly refunded me the $2 for the coupon.
My $2 digital coupon did not come off even though I bought Colgate Optic White 4.2 oz (coupon is for 3.0 oz or larger). I have emailed Kroger about it. 🙁
