It’s frustrating, and too much effort to report this to Catalina Marketing, or Kroger…

Just went today and same thing as other nothing on the phone with customer service. if eligible i will receive the Catalina in the mail with in 6-8 weeks
I tried today (6/17) and nothing printed either. I’m going to take them back if they don’t give me the $5. That shampoo is too expensive to pay full price for!
