Charmin Basic was/is included in my Kroger (Lou., KY) Mega Sale. I chose instead to get 2 4-pks. of Charmin mega-roll (package = 16 reg. rolls). Had a -$1 peelie from inside Charmin Basic that I bought a couple months ago. And the -$1/1 Kroger Charmin digital Q worked on this package, too.
The Charmin Basic will be on sale at Giant Eagle starting 4/3/14 for $4.99 ($3.49 after coupon).

yes. its a better deal with the 75 cent off coupon because with the 16 double roll + 456 sq ft and the other charmin only has 215 sq ft
