Note to self: Do NOT go do major P&G shopping with tons of coupons on the day before New Year’s Eve. There were a BA-zillion people at Kroger this afternoon and there I was with a 20 minute checkout and someone behind me with, yep you guessed it – 2 things. Hello? A Healthy Coupon Giveaway! Plus, Tips To Stay Healthy This Cold/Flu Season!

 

This giveaway has ENDED! Whether we like it or not Cold & Flu season is well upon us and chances are we’re all going to get sick at some point this winter. Still I thought I’d put a quick list together of tips to help us stay healthy to the best of our abilities!  I would love to hear your tips for staying healthy as well!   • Wash your hands!! A lot. With soap. Front and back. This is includes using anti-bacterial wipes when you’re not near a sink.

  • Get lots of sleep.
  • Eat Well. Drink plenty of Water.
