I have fought with walmart over the issue countless times and even called the 1-800-walmart number and have complaigned….when they scan a regular newspaper coupon and it beeps, they won’t take it either. Corporate says its the managers discretion on the decision making and they cannot do anything about it. So I have been trying not to shop yhere anymore…
Tammy, If you look at Walmarts price match policy on the corporate website you will see you DO NOT have to have an actual ad in hand, you just tell the cashier you want to price comp these items for this price. I NEVER have an ad in hand and they cant dispute whats in their corporate policy, but you can always print out their policy and have it in hand though.
My krogers would not take them because they say redemable at walmart. Making it a walmart coupon. And you can’t price match the price hereat walmart because its not advertised in the paper ad.
