I bought 6 cans each in two transactions and both times the catalina did not print. I filled out my form Thursday night http://support.catalinamarketing.com/ and I already got the two $2 cats in the mail today!!
I didn’t get this catalina either, manager tried multiple times to see if it was a machine error but he said maybe the deal was expired. I just filled out the form to request one. Even if I don’t, still a great deal!

I didn’t get one today in GA either 🙁 I bought 6 and all but one were the regular chunky, so I should’ve at least gotten $1.50 CAT. The Kleenax CAT worked though.

I only bought 3 today to see if it would work and the cat didn’t print for me in So IL. Also the campbell’s condensed soups didn’t trigger the cat for me either. The Aveeno catalina worked though:)
For those not receiving the catalina and wanting it make sure to not buy healthy request chunky. Buy regular chunky.
That’s probably why my cat didn’t print I bought one healthy request.
Just bought 6 in Houston area. No cat. Went to customer service and after 15 mins ..at least… I got a reference # from (I think Campbell’s) and they said they would mail me the coupon. The phone number I was given is 888-826-8766
I bought 6 in Plano, TX. The Cat didn’t print. It did print for the Aveeno. Are Cats regional?
I don’t know but I just bought 6 in the Houston area and one didn’t print for me. I’m going to return mine later today or see if they’ll give me one at the store.

what does ss mean?? where can i find that coupon for $1 off 3. im confused.
SS is for Smart Source. The coupon is in the 10/5 Smart Source insert. Some areas got $1/3 and some got $1/4.

No, you will only get a $2 coupon for your next purchase because 6+ gets $2. You can make 2 separate transactions (one with 6 for the $2 coupon and one with 3 for the $1 coupon) to get the max value with this number of cans.
