    I actually like my salsa and dips medium spicy. If I have to choose between mild or spicy, I guess to be safe it would be mild.

    Cacique Queso Blanco- mild, mixed with Jalapeno. As a type 11 diabetic, I love this dip. I use pork rinds instead of corn chips to keep the awesome taste and crunch without the added carbohydrate!

    I have noticed the salsa and dip in the coupons, probably in Ibotta too, but I have not found them in the store. I will have to look more. Looks like they are on a shelf–not in a cooler. I will try the mild.
