    Hello! Love your blog. Been following for several months and have only scored certain deals bc of your blog. I have a question concerning the P&G reabate for beauty products. I have purchased several Herbal Essence and was wondering how much more I needed for the rebate. Does P&G consider the sale price for rebate the before mega pricing or after? It is definitely before coupons though right?
