You have made this process EXTREMELY HARD, and I have circled around again and again, and put in my Name and address 3 times,. Originally, On 06/26/23, I sent in My Kroger Receipt, (purchased 86/23/23) with Budweiser 24 pack identified and UPC Code from the Box, and sent to Anheuser Bush $15.00 Rebate, Offer #AB-7384, P.O. Box 540062, El Paso, Tx. 88554, which it stated on the Offer! I got NOTHING, after 8+ weeks. NOTHING!! I said I’ll NEVER buy A-B products again!!
However, we were having Company, so my wife, without my knowledge, bought another 24 Pack of Budweiser, brought it home, put in fridge. I was shocked, as I told her to NOT buy A-B Products anymore, and she said that a Rep. had apologized for putting that STUPID AD out, and wanted to give A-B a second chance, BUT ONLY because of the $15.00 Rebate. She didn’t know we hadn’t received our 1st $15.00 Rebate?
Now, I am trying to get our NEW $15.00 Rebate, and I got nowhere on my Computer, gave up, and went to my Cell phone, and started the process there. After going back to the Kroger store where I bought the 24 pack Budweiser, I took pictures of the big placard, so I know where to send the Rebate OFFER, and the Print is too small, and the Q Code does NOTHING when I take a picture of it, and in the end, I get a Statement that says the above OFFER, is NOT associated with A-B, or Kroger, and IF I send in my information, it may be used to be associated with something illegal, and – WHAT the DUCK!
A-B is OBVIOUSLY NOT interested in giving any Rebates, and that is FRAUD. Therefore, I am sending a Letter to A-B Headquarters, the Attorney General of Michigan, the Consumer Protection Agency, the BBB, and Kroger headquarters, and am sending a COPY of the 8/31/23 Receipt, as I will NOT send you my Original Receipt like I did the 1st time on 6/26/23. It’s gone beyond the money, it’s about a Big Company – SCREWING the very people that are buying their products! AND, at least Misrepresentation, and Ambiguous Confusion, and at worse – FRAUD!!!
Unless I receive communication in an email in the next 3 days, ALL the above will be sent out as Complaints, and let the Authorities take care of YOU, and NEVER will I or my Family, or my Club Members and probably their Family Members EVER buy ANY Products from A-B ever again!!!!
