I believe the 12 packs for $ 1.99 are the Kroger Sparkling water not the Pepsi.
My ad shows 6 pk of 16.9 Pepsi OR Kroger Sparkling water 12 pk of 12 ounce cans so the Pepsi isn’t included in the 12 pks. Otherwise, I would be buying that is for sure with that great Pepsi coupon.
