I still don’t understand the Ibotta Rebates. This whole digital ad promotion is so confusing and time consuming! It takes me twice as long to make out a shopping list as it did using the weekly ad that came in my mailbox. Driving into the store just to pick up your ad is difficult for me. I am elderly and have difficulty getting out and about. When I ask the people at check-out or customer service for help they say they don’t know the answers to my questions.
