I bought mine tuesday and I didn’t get a catalina back.
I didn’t get mine either. I called the catalina phone number, and they sent me an e-mail I was to “reply all” to–sending a scanned copy of my grocery receipt. I did so, but received an instant “mailbox is full” to the e-mail. So, I faxed the copy to them. Don’t know how this will turn out. VERY disappointed!
