I got pretty excited about this Catalina at Kroger so I couldn’t wait to go in and test and I may have gone a little crazy. Right now when you purchase (2) American Greetings Papyrus Items, you get $5.00 back in the form of a Catalina at checkout. You MUST separate your transactions in groups of (2) to get your Catalina. That means if you want (4) items, do separate transactions so you get your $5.00 back.

Seems its not working. I was going to ask what does catalinas roll mean? Does that mean I can pat with a catalina and receive a catalina?
Anyone try today (Sunday)? Tried today and it didn’t work. Did it on Friday at a couple of locations not too far from the one today and it worked. Wondering if the deal is dead or if it only works at certain stores.
It didn’t work for me today either. I was wondering if they pulled the promo early???
Also did not work at Kroger in Richmond, VA on Sun 10/9. It was working fine on Fri at the same store!
It worked fine for me until yesterday as well. I thought it was supposed to go through the 11th, but maybe they stopped it early?
Maybe it’s different at your store, but here (at Smith’s in Las Vegas), it excludes items $2 or less. I actually found some gift bags for $1.59 and the catalina didn’t print so I went back to the card aisle and re-read the sign. I’ll have to return these and look for items over $2.
I went to smiths and got the $5 Catalina, i got the small red gift bags $1.49 each.

Really?!! I’m in Vegas too. I think you’re lucky cuz the sign does say “excludes items $2.00 or less”. I went tonight and picked out 2 cards that were $2.49 ea and no catalina printed. The cashier wrote down on a piece of paper that I have $5 coming.
But I had more transactions, (2) 2.59 tissue paper…several transactions for those. And I found some cute Christmas Peanuts stickers for $2.49 ea. Altogether 6 transactions. No catalinas printed, so I’m just going to contact the catalina company & deal with them.
I went to the one on Silverado Ranch,I got mostly red gift bags.I will go back and try the numeral candles.Yup definitely contact then and they will mail you it to you.
Today I bought 2 numeral candles for 1.19 ea at Dillons. I received the 5.00 catalina.
