Our all detergent coupons expired yesterday 🙁 BOO! BUT we have a new all detergent coupons today in our weekend inserts as well as a printable. This time around they won’t be free but they will be $0.99 and that’s still pretty awesome!

The way you have described the new ALL coupons is incorrect.
The Coupons.com printable says “save $1.00 on ONE (1) All Laundrry product” (so it is NOT just for laundry detergent it will also work on fabric softener).
The Redplum.com printable says “save $1.00 on any ONE (1) All Product” (so it should work on ANY all products not just laundry detergent).
The Retail ME Not insert coupon is worded the same as the redplum one, thus is can be used on any All product.
The Kroger digital coupon I loaded for this was worded the same as the coupons.com one, so it should also be usable on fabric softener, not just laundry detergent. (The last Kroger digital did limit the coupon to “laundry detergent” but this one says “laundry product”.)
So all 4 of the coupons should work on the All Fabric Softener.
