I must tell you about this “dessert” I made last night with this Zico Coconut Water. It was soooo easy and so good. I froze some pineapple yesterday morning, pulled it out last night and added it to the blender. I then poured in some coconut water (I wanted to use coconut milk but didn’t have any) and blended up and ate. OH so delicious. Check the expiration date on these – grabbed a bottle that expired July 31, 2014!!
