I won a free box of cereal. In my coupons for the free coupon it says free box when you buy one. So my coupon is buy 1 get 1 . Not a free box.
The cereal coupon is great, it can be used for some family size or large size cereals or Jumbo Snax 12-pack.

Said I won a box of cereal but it would not load to card
The same thing happened to me. Log in again and click the unclaimed prizes tab under the wheel before spinning. I was able to load my free item coupon the next day by doing that. Hope that helps!
ohh..mine would not load because i was at the max clipped coupon limit i believe, i kept the screen open and opened my coupons in another tab and unclipped a few coupons, then when i refreshed and ordered by high to low, i found it there as free not straight showing the $5.99 value easily, got it though, thanks!
Yesterday, I won a free box of Kellogg’s cereal and it loaded to my account. Today, I was not a winner but it gave me a 50-cent coupon off Kellogg’s Cereal.

If a $5,15 or any other coupon is not loading. Try deleting a few coupons. Maybe you are at max coupons and it won’t load.

Go to your digital coupons and search under “free”. That’s where my coupon showed up. It took about 2 days.
