School is still in session and I know that most mornings are hurried.  Let’s make this a bit easier with some pancakes.  We had a deal on these Hungry Jack Pancakes a couple of weeks ago but if you’re out because they were SO easy and good, it’s time to stock back up.

Do you ever wake up on the hungry side of the bed? I know I have and that’s when you reach for Hungry Jack or Funfetti Pancakes from the freezer. Both Hungry Jack and Funfetti Frozen Pancakes provide delicious and hearty flavor for a tasty yet fast breakfast treat. Just pop your pancakes in the microwave to bring out the soft edges and fluffy inside, just like they’re hot off the griddle. Then top with Hungry Jack Syrup, the only syrup in a microwaveable bottle, and let the sweetness flow.

They are simple, delicious, but also a good source of calcium and includes six vitamins, with the added bonus of iron, to offer a nutritional breakfast option that you can feel good about feeding the whole family. Pancakes aren’t only for syrup, try them with peanut butter, hazelnut spread (my FAV!), fruit or whipped cream for a special snack anytime of the day. Funfetti frozen pancakes come in a mini buttermilk size, regular and unicorn.  As soon as my seven year old daughter saw the Funfetti Unicorn variety (Kendra here), she was SOLD. So much that she gladly wakes up for school for her breakfast.  It’s the small things to me as a parent but these pancakes are a huge win.  Better yet, I served these to her in bed this morning as a special treat.

    Those mini ones are so perfect!! I had Bariatric surgery and can’t eat very much and for a splurge those would be the perfect size!! Funfetti on top of that seems like the icing on the cake. My child’s spring break ends this week and she goes back Monday so these would be great for breakfast!!

    It’s always amazing to me to see all the wonderful things you can do with even things as simple as cake mix. My kids always have loved funfetti anything and now that they came out with the pancakes it’s like heaven for them, they eat them with fruit,syrup or, Nutella. It’s a fun and delicious snack and breakfast.
