Check FETCH. I have an offer for 85¢ (850 pts) WYS $12. They calculated mine based on the regular $3.29 price. so I reached the threshold when purchasing 4. Yup, my app has been having issues. I deleted and re-added. I am currently using laptop to do cash back offers.
