What has happened to my favorite grocery store over the past few years? Now it’s Kroger’s, Fry’s and years ago it was called Smitty’s when shopping ads were a pleasure to look forward to. This is how long I’ve been shopping with this company when it was called Smitty’s. Now they have too many options going on, such as, downloads, digital coupons, print coupons,, clip, apps, Catalinas, must buy 5 and many more, which only confuses shoppers, especially the elderly. Can’t Kroger make it plain and simple without so many options to make shopping a pleasure, instead of a chore? Shopping at Kroger use to be the highlight of my week and now I can hardly get myself to shop there anymore with all the changes they keep making. I heard comments from many other that aren’t shopping at Kroger anymore for the same reasons. My current Kroger’s is located at Sun City West, Arizona, where we know every great employee by name, as they know ours as well and now it hurts not to shop there anymore. At our other grocery stores, when we get their ads online on Wednesday morning, all we have to do is sign in, select our groceries and send a copy to ourself to print and go shopping, without all these confusing options, which couldn’t be any easier. If there is any way you can make shopping at Kroger less confusing with your online website, please contact me.

What sadness it gave me when I went to the kroger from here in Grand Prairie to buy the special from Tuscany candles and they tell me that there is not that special that not all kroger have them. what a store disappointment

You really do read these. I so much appreciate this!! When I was in our Kroger on Lone Oak Road i Paducah, KY last Friday there were several of the mixed fruit in the plastic container for $5.00. I bought one and thank you so much for following through and having plenty of them for sale. I use to always fine them, but I think others found them and you were selling more. THANK YOU!!!!!!
why won’t the digital coupon for .88 milk load onto my kroger card?

Make using coupons and special items easier for us old folks we don’t know how us these new digital things just automatic give to us by our card and age as I sent to you prior sometimes to complicated
Its easy select coupons then select what you want to clip and clip. It doesnt get any easier than that old people just make it hard
You need to download the app. Go to google store, on your phone. In search bar search your store. Download app(press button that days that). Once its downloaded make sure you press sign up. Then all you do is click which item you want…. I hope that helps… Some people are rude, I always had respect for my grandparents
Or you can ask someone to help you get set up. Then all you have to do is click what you want.. Good luck. Oh write your password down. I have so much stuff going on it is hard keep up with all

We don’t get many coupons in the mail, either, and as we live equadistance between two stores, we sometimes visit both in the same day or a day apart. We never find all the items we need, and have even stopped at stores when in other nearby areas. Kroger is always a disappointment.
