Our Kroger doesn’t have the BOGO free sales. Even when they are listed on the shelf as BOGO they charge you the whole amount. You have to go to customer service for them to fix it for you. It isn’t worth it to me to spend time in line at the cashier and then have to go to customer service. LOL
Patricia, I assume you were buying two of something BOGOF, correct? I see you post all the time, so I am sure you probably know all of this. Of course, some stores do 50% off on all BOGOF items. Others, like mine, charge you full price for the first, and then the second is free. If you saying they literally just don’t do BOGOF, and even if you buy two, they charge you full price on both, that is a real problem. I would talk to the store manager. They can’t do that.
