Me too did not take off $1 for mega. Wish I had read this before I got it today.
I think they’ve been keeping an eye on this coupon since we got this for free that first time.
I tried doing the free one… they would not allow it. because it is $3.99 and coupon is $4
Digitals haven’t been working with the mega sale at my store since they changed to the new receipt format. It takes off the digital, but doesn’t take off the dollar for the mega sale. 🙁
Same thing happened to me today.
Same thing happened to me.. took the $4 off the $4.99 instead of $3.99. I have noticed that if coupon is more it does that. I had another coupon for $3 off and it took it off the $3.99
Same with me! The final price was .99.
I hope that gets fixed soon. Should we contact Kroger’s customer service about the fact that we can’t combine digital coupons and mega sales? I experienced it with the $0.49 shampoo sell yesterday.
