I’m going to do this deal tomorrow, but I have a couple of questions first.
1. Is this offer ONLY on Unilever’s Health and Beauty and Personal care products?
2. As long as the sub- total is $15 or more before coupons I will qualify for $5 off?

Hi! Is the self care event in all the Kroger’s? I ordered 2 Tresemme shampoos and 2 conditioners. They took my $4.00 (2) coupons but didn’t take the $5 off. I sent my husband to pick them up and told him the total should be around $3, but they charged around $8. He didn’t question it (Men)

Am I missing something on the first deal. I think that’s $1.74 each? ($16-$9)-4= $1.75 or $1.74 each?
Yes, it says to use 2 $4/2 TRESemme bottles then take the $5 off that, so it would work out as $16-$8-$5=.74 each. Hope this helps.
I also tried to do the TRESemme deal. Before checking out I asked at Customer Service if I could do more than one $15 in one transaction. I was told to go ahead and do it and if it didn’t work, she would give me the extra $5. So I bought 8 TRESemme shampoos, used 3 “$4 off 2” coupons and there was one $4 off on my card. I did not get any $5 off at all.
The girl from Customer Service was called and she said you had to spend $15 after all coupons. I told her that even with my 4 coupons being used, I still had spent at least close to $16 so I should have at least gotten one $5 off. So she did give me that, but not the extra one. Has anyone done this deal using the coupons and still getting the $5 off? I see Penni also had this problem. Where are the rules for this deal? If you can’t use coupons, none of the deals would work as expected.
You really should have gotten at least one as you said. This deal works after coupons (the $15 spent) on printable and insert. The Kroger Digital Coupons lower your total spent as you shared. I would really visit customer service. I have done this deal a couple of times and always gotten my $5 savings.
Thanks for your response. However I am still confused. You say the deal works “after coupons” (the $15 spent). But in your scenario above in the “deals scenarios” you can use the $4 off 2 to reduce the amount spent and still get the $5 off. Is that what you meant by “after coupons” and if so I should have gotten $10 off, since I bought $32 worth of product. I would like to get some more but only if I will get the discount even if I use coupons. You say you have done this deal and gotten the $5. Was that using coupons which reduced your total to less than $15?
Ha. Were the items tagged in your store? This deal should be at all Kroger stores as well as affiliates.
