My store restocked the bottles and they all had hangtags for $1/1 on them! But stupid me did not read the fine print on the hangtag which says limit 2 coupons per transaction! I only got 3 because I was thinking of claiming 3 on ibotta for my hubby plus I needed 3 items for my mega sale….yet that item has expired! My cashier pointed out the limit, so 1 of my bottles wasn’t free today. :>(
I did not have KCB or DQ for SBR Hot Sauce, and I have had a hard time finding them in stock, but I finally found them in stock today, and they had $1 hangtags. So, 3 for $2.97 after the B5S5, got $3 off from the hangtags. So, it ended up being a $3.03 MM for me as well, just in a different way. Maybe someone will get lucky and get KCB, ibotta, and hangtags.

ThatGirl and Mei, I completely see what you’re saying. I looked up the KCB policy and it does state Cash Back Offers are not eligible “if the value of the Cash Back exceeds the price of the item.” Which makes sense. But back when the Truvia MM was up (I did it on 1/9) My store ran it up BOGO (not 50%), I used a manufacturing coupon, and I still got my KCB.
Mei brings up a point I didn’t think about corporate-owned Krogers. I don’t know what mine is. I did this offer earlier today. I’ll respond when/if the Hot Sauce KBO redeems!
Totally agree with THATGIRL, this will probably not work at corporate-owned Kroger stores. The 99 cents versus 1 dollar will not get through the system. GOOD LUCK to others!
I don’t know how things work where you live, but in Cincinnati (home of Kroger Headquarters), the KCB will NOT work if you have a digital coupon or the price of the item is less than the cash back offer. Since your scenario depends on both a DC and KCB that is $0.01 over the final price of the item, you will not be getting the stated $3.00 in rebates from Kroger. If you do, please let me know which store you shopped. This has NEVER worked for me.
…..OR would the Free digital coupon mess up the KCB for the other 2?
Will we still get the Kroger Cash back if we use the FREE coupon? If I buy 3, I’d get 1 Free and 2 would qualify for the KCB?
