Free Kroger Pickup until January 1, 2020!
For many of us that use Kroger Pickup on a weekly basis, I am about to make you happy because we get our $4.95 fee waived until January 1, 2020! All you have to do is make your list. At checkout the fee will automatically be waived. No coupon codes needed. Please NOTE: $35.00 minimum to get the fee waived.
If you are new to Kroger Pickup/Clicklist then keep on reading to find out how easy and awesome this service is. This can really make shopping a breeze.
It’s so easy! Just go HERE and register or login to your Kroger.com account, or use the Kroger App. Then, simply browse for the items you want to purchase and add them to your cart. During the ordering process, you’ll be asked to select a pickup time and location. At your scheduled time, pull up at the Online Ordering drive-through (there will be signs to help guide you). A friendly Associate will assist you and load your groceries right into your car. And off you go!
Here are my Top 10 favorite things about using Kroger Pickup/ClickList:
- I can take my time creating my menu plan for the week and add items to my cart as I go. I’m very “Type A” so this just makes me happy to be super organized this way.
- Kroger remembers what my most frequently purchased items are and displays those first for quicker, more convenient shopping. You can even create a “favorites” list for those frequently purchased items and with one click, you’re good to go!
The service fee is just $4.95 (may vary by region), but is waived for your first 3 orders!Trust me, you will definitely save this much (or more!) by not stepping foot into the store and succumbing to those impulse purchases! Until January 1, 2020 fee is waived!- Kroger Pickup orders count toward your fuel points just like in-store purchases.
- When placing an order, you will be asked to select a 1-hour window (between 8 am – 9 pm, 7 days a week) to pick up your order. You can reserve a timeslot up to three days in advance! I try to arrive in the MIDDLE of the 1-hour window to beat the rush.
- I always include instructions like how ripe I’d like my bananas and avocados, the specific weight of my bag of cherries, how thin I’d like my deli meat sliced (chipped please!), the fact that I prefer the SKINNY asparagus if available. AND that if they have to substitute my eggs, I only want those from HAPPY chicken (pasture raised). 😁
- My items are stored for maximum freshness until I come pick them up, including refrigeration for items that require it.
- Kroger now texts me before I pick up my order so I can review any necessary substitutions!
- Kroger Digital Coupons I have loaded will automatically apply to my order at pickup. If I have paper coupons, I always tell them that when I call to let them know that I’m there (if they don’t already ask).
- When I arrive at my store, I just call the number on the sign to let them know I’ve arrived. An Associate brings my order out to my car, loads all my groceries, and I’m on my way in minutes!
A couple more things to keep in mind…
When you place your order, you’ll see an estimated total at checkout. Your card will be charged for a final total amount when you receive your order. Prices shown when you place your order may differ at the time you receive your order due to coupons, substitutions, taxes (if applicable) and weighted items. Your digital coupons will not reflect until you’ve picked up your order.
Online prices reflect the price in-store on the day you place your order. However, prices may change between the time you place your order and the time you pick up your order at the store and pay for it. For example, if you place your order on a Tuesday but pick it up on Wednesday, keep in mind that most Kroger sale cycles begin on Wednesday so things may go on or off sale at the time of payment. The exact price of each item will be printed on your receipt.
There is no Catalina machine for this department. If you are expecting a Catalina to print, you must use the regular registers in store.

The fee did not work – why would you try it again.
Melody
It’s only free if you spend $35 or more

K, she will push whatever they pay her. Letting someone who doesn’t give a crap choose my grocery items is crazy, and like you said, the coupons will be a mess. Items, their prices and coupon match-ups can all be wrong here and there. I will have to spend time to see which items are substituted or overcharged and then talk to customer service.

I always got a receipt when I did my grocery pick up and I just scanned it.

I have used it a few times but it is to hard to use coupons. If they don’t have a product they will substitute it with another one that costs more than the one you want with the coupon. Especially the Friday freebies. they will substitute it for one you have to pay for. I had so many problems even after I inserted comments that I quit using it. It was cheaper just to go in the store and get the products.

This is great! I don’t often use the pickup service but it has always worked well for me. I do have to take a minute to review my receipt to make sure the coupons and prices came off right but if not they are able to adjust right there

Really surprised to see you pushing this. It flies in the face of couponing and saving money and trades it for the hive mind of cashless society and convenience as a trade off. You Cant use paper coupons they want a paperless and cashless system using this clicklist junk. No you cant see what you are really getting charged and buying you are at the mercy of the computer to make your choices and tell you. You cant pick the right items nor handle them as you would. A stranger usually a bored irritated teen pushing a huge cart thru the store gets your stuff..will they know to smell the tomatoes, to squeeze them for ripeness? Will they look for one strawberry or cherry tom in the pkg that has got some mold starting? Or will they look at the list glance at what looks best and stick it in the box? Perhaps there is a simple truth greens at half price because it is almost out of date-will they pick that instead getting you a bargain? Doubt it–they are not there to save you money like you are -they are there to work for Kroger. How do i get the best deals when i cant see what is on closeout? Perhaps there is a solid equivalent is the kroger kid grabbing that for me–no. This is more than a choice of convenience you are making to use this “service”.

Thank you

I love shopping at Kroger, but until they are able to train their Click list staff to avoid rotten produce and not put 1 item in each plastic bag, I won’t be using click list.

Do you know if they plan on adding Catalina printers in the click list? Thanks

How does the store delivery work?

I was trying to put together a order for pick-up, I got to the end and tried to look at my cart to see if I wanted to make changes but my app won’t let me see it I messed with it for about 45 mins and have up. Also pop is on sale at 4/11$ I put 4 in my cart but it said full price. That’s kinda scary when you see total of sale price doesn’t show till you check out. Not sure if I can do this in a couponer and a sale shopper, got to see my savings in my face. I have a aide to do my shopping I would really be great for him. And how do paper coupons work if you pay online then pick up? Guess I need a tour guide.
Amanda
This is great
