The Cash Back program simply doesn’t work. I have $13.50 worth of cash back that they should reimburse me and it has been 12 days since I purchased the items and no cash back. I even called their customer service in India. They took down the information and still no cash back. It simply doesn’t work.
So far I feel like this program has been a BUST – my offers are just sitting in my cart why u wait and wait to see if I’ll ever get the money back. I have purchased the Real good pizzas B1G1 and it’s been several days and no cash back!
Are you sure you’ll get Kroger cash back when a Kroger digital coupon has been applied? I was told by someone at Kroger customer service that you won’t; but it appears that the reps aren’t familiar themselves yet with the cash back program, and she may have just been guessing. Has anyone received cash back on an item where a Kroger digital coupon was also applied?
