If a coupon is $3.00 and a sale price $2.99 Kroger in Richmond MI will not give it to you for free. That’s why there prices are usually .99 at the end. Cashier and manager said they can’t give products away for free. Meijer will just mark the coupon down to their sale price on the product and let you have it.
Kroger system in DFW Texas will not automatically take coupon value that exceeded item cost. The manager will need to override it.
