My Kroger will not take coupons that are more than the cost of the item. Houston, TX

In our stores here in Topeka, it just depends on the cashier but it has happened to me as well, them not taking the coupon. BUT I use my $3 coupons at Wal-Mart and get the 3 pack of Bic Soliel for .27 🙂
Only do this if you are willing to put up with the stress that goes along with trying to talk a manager into adjusting the coupon down by a penny.
No deal here. Store will not accept coupon because it is for $3.00 and razors are listed at $2.99. In the past the ONLY time I have seen similar coupons accepted has been when the item was part of a Mega sale and the original price (before Mega discount) was greater than the coupon. For example, the last Mega where various Colgate toothpaste was $2.99 ($1.99 after Mega) and coupon was for $2.00/1.
I tried this deal last week and Kroger would not honored it because the razors are a penny less than the coupon.
