Just went to to pick up $40 worth of diapers to snag the catalina they have advertised, and i was SHUT DOWN. Kroger has a new coupon policy you can only use 2 printed coupons…PERIOD. What I think is crazy is I used 4 printed coupons just this past Sunday and NO ONE said anything.
I guess it all depends on the cashier.
Please tell me how we are supposed to take advantage of deals and coupons if papers have stopped printing 80% of the coupons it used to.
Quick question… I bought 3 packs of Huggies plus Tide, Tide Pods, and Downy to make my 6 mega items. I had 2 printed coupons for $3 off Huggies and 1 digital, plus a register coupon for $5 off a $15 total diaper purchase and digital for my laundry items. My digital coupons came off for my laundry items, my printed coupons scanned, but my Huggies digital didn’t come off. I paid and went to customer service to have the problem corrected, but the lady basically said that was coupon misuse because I was trying to stack a paper and a digital. I explained that I wasn’t doing that, since I had one coupon per pack of diapers and the $5 was off of a total purchase of $15 or more, but she continued to argue. I ended up getting my $3 back, but she still acted as if I was doing something wrong. Did I? Has something changed with the coupon policy?
Is there a Catalina running for Huggies, too?
