I am sure this was a mistake. Katie is usually pretty on top of not promoting coupon misuse and tells people not to even try it most times.
The above shampoos say L’Oreal Paris Hair Expert Shampoo on the bottle and that’s what the coupons state, so I don’t see how this is misuse
The coupons says “Ever by” Loreal Paris Hair Expert. This is obviously for the more expensive “Ever” line.
People wonder why coupon values are decreasing, shorter expiration dates, etc.. due to the misuse of coupons. I understand mistakes are made but intention misuse is not ok
