When I click on the link for the Dawn coupon, this system takes me to the Kroger coupon website, but the Dawn coupon isn’t there. What gives?
I had the same issue with the digital q’s. I called Customer Service (I think from the app) and they were FABULOUS! They couldn’t tell me why but they fixed it. Kroger Customer Service is one of the best I’ve encountered.
Go to customer service and make sure that the alternate id if u are using one matches what u have online. Makes sure your digital account card number matches the card u scan. If they match there is no reason it shouldn’t work. Call kroger company if u have to
For whatever reason, these digital coupons never come off for me!
