Same thing happened to me with the tortilla chips
It has happened to me before with the coupon loaded correctly and when I called customer service and also ask my local store manager I was told that most often when this happens it is when you add the coupon and quickly try and redeem it. They agreed that this shouldn’t be a problem and not always is,but does sometimes happen.
It’s not common at all. You have to make sure you loaded the coupon properly.
I tried to get this free tortilla chips today well it did not work I paid full price I showed the attendant she said I have to get in line at service desk long wait for 3 dollars so I got scammed at Kroger never shop there again should have shopped at my hometown grocery store.
This is a common problem not only at Kroger but also with Target Cartwheel. It’s frustrating no doubt but it would never prevent me from shopping at these stores.
