My Kroger in Batesville,AR refused to give me a rain check because she said that it had to be in print ad. Even those I showed her my phone where the app clearly shows it on weekly ad, she refused. When I walked over to the stand that had the ad, she held up her paper and yelled across to me “mam, I can read, I have the paper right here”. I just said “mam, I was just going to look myself because all of us can miss something”. I was so embarrassed.
You should not be embarrassed. She was beyond rude to you! I would complain about her behavior through their online site.
RUDE is not how to treat a customer. U did nothing wrong. Complain to the store manager.
At my Kroger the sign said sale ends 11/03. When I go tomorrow I am going to check and see if it’s still on sale but according to the sign it should be 🙂
Today at my area Kroger B3G$3 off gone,it’s on sale for $1.99.
My store only had 2 left. I asked Customer Service if I could still get the 99 cent price. They did give it to me, but they also told me that the sale actually goes through November 1st…just not advertised!

Just as a friendly FYI. If you rain check this, the coupons are probably going to beep when you eventually redeem them. The register checks the coupon value against the “shelf” price, i.e. non-discounted price. With rain checks, the price change at the register makes the “shelf” price $0.99, which is less than coupon value and will likely result in a beep and may cause you trouble depending on cashier/store.
Anyone know if the foaming handsoap pictured on the coupon is considered premium or part of the Kroger sale?
It’s not included. I was also hoping. The foaming is regular price at my store.
You can always buy the regular and make it into foaming soap and the bottles will last longer 🙂
That’s what I do! Add a bit of water to the foaming pump until the soap comes out just right. Lasts much, much longer.

Usually its only one coupon for $1.00 off — however it will state exactly when you hit the arrow on the right, it gives all the specifics for the coupon..ie size and quantity.
