Also after a certain amount of surveys it ups to $.75/1 and the $1/1 coupons.

You should be able to use the code without issue. Some things to keep in mind though: once you complete the survey, you have 60 days to print the coupon they email to you; also, once you print, they expire 30 days later.
If I bought strawberries a couple of months ago (4), can I still enter the codes form the pack?
