Why is my total less than $20? Well, because the Colgate Toothpaste actually rang up $0.77 and it ALSO generated a $1.00 +UpR! That was an added bonus, but it messed up my scenario. I had already handed over my coupons and the cashier scanned my $4 off $20. I tried to tell her I needed to add another item, but she said the coupon scanned just fine. Who I am to argue? 🙂

Jennifer…it should go through fine. I didn’t see any manufacturer coupons for the toothpaste in my database, that’s the only reason I didn’t list it in the scenario.

That’s nice. Too bad, there’s no Rite Aid around where I lived. So I’m usually at Walgreens or CVS.
I went to CVS and Walgreens today for the Black Friday’s deal. I purchased a lot of the items one at a time to use my CVS reward. Lol, the cashier was giving me THE look. I think I got around $5-6 dollars back after rebate.
