I am having trouble getting my digital coupons can you help
This week’s “newspaper insert” (which actually comes in the US mail) said to go to Kroger.com/fuel to find out about the limited time 2X fuel points on my entire purchase when I buy 1 gallon of Kroger milk. I was so glad to see this, since you cut the f/s/s summer program off Aug 2. BUT I can’t find anything about the newly advertised program (on the specified website & didn’t see it in the “insert”).
Questions:
1, When is the limited time over?
2. Is it any day of the week, right?
3a. Do you just buy 1 gallon & then you’re on it until the limited time is up? Or,
3b. Do you just get the 2x fuel points when you buy 1 gallon of Kroger milk?
3bi. Is there a time period that has to pass between the milk purchases? Or,
3bii. Can it be day after day?
Please respond ASAP. I adjust my shopping to offers like this.
I went to Kroger on Friday and did Self Check-out. I just realized that I did not get the double points offered through August. How can I redeem my points for my purchase? Thank you.
My Kroger app says until June 17 th is the deadline. I didn’t know about until August
I personally think it’s a lousy idea, it discriminates against those of us that for what ever reason can’t shop on weekends.
I’m a die hard Fred Meyer but am losing my hold as my wife is moving her shopping to Safeway and soon will be buying all of our groceries at Safeway.
All because of issues we have had over the years with Fred’s fuel points program.

Why is it saying the 2x is not avaliabe to down load on my Kroger card my husband is stopping tonight to shop. He’s going to be mad not getting the double points & the weekend is over
I am a senior citizen and really like the 2x points I the summer. However, why not run it all week days as well. It is more convenient for me to shop during week days. Thank you.
How can they be “out” of a digital coupon? It doesn’t make sense. I mean, it’s not even a physical object . . . .

I just bought groceries, scan my 2x fuel points but didn’t get any extra points. The attendant couldn’t explain to me why. This defeats the purpose fore to shop @ kroger. Not a happy customer.
Put mouse on Kroger Deals at top of page and schroll down to current Kroger Fuel Points offer and Load to your card from there. This one your trying to use is the old one. Hope this helps.

I heard on the radio that the double fuel points weekends started this weekend. Searched the Kroger site (savings, promotions) couldn’t find anything about it or a coupon to download to get the double points. Didn’t get double fuel points when I shopped today. What’s going on?

It wont let me download digital coupon for double gas points on fri sat and sun thru aug 21st. I dont understand why!. I have been having alot of trouble on the kroger krazy site with coupons not downloading. And on the kroger site. I am missing out on alot of money by this happening. Also on my free friday downloads. Please help! Thanks. For making this right..
Melissa, You need to contact Kroger directly about problems on their website and digital coupons. This shows different ways to contact them about different problems.
