If your catalina didnt print you can ask at customer service and they will make it right for you
Last night I purchased 3. shout and 2 pledge floor cleaners but the catalina did not print can. Did I do something wrong or is there some way I can get the catalina?

Just an FYI for anyone having problems with the paper coupons. I have noticed that when I buy 2 Windex and 2 scrubbing bubbles (for example) and use 2 $1 q’s for Windex and 2 $1 q’s for scrubbing bubbles that my digital q kicks in and therefore won’t let me use the paper ones. So, if you have the digital q loaded that is for $3 off 4 sc Johnson or $2 off 3 sc Johnson products ( something like that) you may want to remove it if you want to use the paper ones

It kept saying barcode invalid and they couldn’t accept it. Very strange. I used the same Q at CVS and did not beep at all.
so in order to use the $1.50 coupon you have to have a windex item, a pledge item, a scrubbing bubbles item, and a shout item? You cant just go get 4 shout items?
How do I get the $1.50 coupon? I followed the steps and shared but no coupon appeared or was emailed to me. Can someone help me with this?

My $1.50 coupon worked just fine at checkout, but maybe because I paired it with Windex?
You know, I really wish that Kroger would compile a list of Catalina’s that work in each region. A Ton of these don’t work here. And, with the sc Johnson one printed on my first transaction, but the one I used on another trans., I had to go to the service desk for the $1.
My 1.50 coupon for windex items didn’t work either!! What a bummer, the cashier said the machine said error on the barcode!too bad BC after the dollar off mega sale they are 1.59 each plus 1.50 off would have been .09 ea…ugh
They aren’t supposed to stack but mine have been the past couple of weeks!!
Does the printable coupons stack with the digital coupon?
No they don’t stack. But, you can use both but not on the same item. If you buy 2 windex you can use 1 digital and 1 paper.
If you have both a digital and paper coupon for the same item, their system can now detect which coupon is the larger savings and will automatically use only that one.
They would not accept my $1.50 off coupons either. I tried to use it on shout.
Did the $1.50 coupon beep at checkout? Last time I tried to use it on Windex product and it beeped, Kroger told me they can’t accept it.
why does it beep? the q states windex. not very fair of Kroger or the manufacturer.
I tried to use the coupon about 2 weeks ago at my Kroger which is not that friendly with couponers, it beeped saying error and the cashier just told me since it’s a printable coupon they couldn’t take it. I may try again today if the items are still in stock.
It beeped at me this morning, but he pushed it through. It came across his screen as bar-code invalid for the coupons.
