I didnt get any of those either :(.I thought I was going crazy.
I got 12 inserts from 3 different papers one from detroit, one from lima, and one from cleveland and no Pantene coupon unless i am missing it!!
You can load the $5/3 and the $2/1 styler coupon onto your shoppers card.
