I would guess the loss of automatic processing on October 1st for the Kroger Family of stores has resulted in a receipt-scan backlog they weren’t prepared for. I used to get next day approval of Meijer receipts after they added Meijer back in July. Once Kroger was changed to receipt-scan, processing time has jumped to 7+ days.
