It must be even more refined than regional. I am also in Indiana. I have $.25 for milk from Ibotta and the two from Snap. No bread from Ibotta and no milk from Checkout 51.
none of the stores around here will give you money back, the most they would do is let u have it free. Also my Kroger doesn’t allow computer coupons over a dollar and will not let you redeem a paper coupon and a computer cpn(though Harris Teeter will). I am pretty sure u can only redeem 1 coupon per item!
I don’t have milk on my Checkout 51 list. Is everyone’s different?
I’ve looked at my Checkout 51 three times, and couldn’t find one for milk either. 🙁
Theres also a $2 dollar general ecoupon on their website that expires today off any purchase over $2 which makes for some cheap milk.
Clearly these offers vary by person. I have .25 milk and no bread. Plus, milk is always close to 4.00 per gallon where I live. I am so jealous of you guys with 2 and 3 dollar milk. Lucky!

We have milk at Kroger for 2.69. I use Ibotta and checkout 51and have never seen them give back $1.00 on milk. Checking mine now i hope I get this on mine. What is snap by Groupon

For me, the Ibotta milk offer is only 25 cents (not $1), and Checkout 51 isn’t showing a current milk offer. I’m also not showing a bread offer from Ibotta at all. Not sure if this is a regional thing or specific to me, but I figured I’d comment, just in case others had the same issue. I’m in eastern Virginia.
I’m in Indiana and I also have only 25 cents on milk on Ibotta but also the 25 cents for bread. So it must be regional or specific like you said.
