I had problems for a week so I finally called CS. He said I had to use google chrome, that Internet explorer will not work.
These are located on the aisle with the instant potatoes.
I have also been trying all day and it will not allow me to log in. My app and pc say site is down, I reported the issue on on both.
Ive been trying since this morning and havent been able to log in and load 🙁
worked on my phone app finally but not on my laptop. Also an easy way is to search Free to find all your stuff to add or to check expiration.
Yay you get a free Idahoan steakhouse casserole IF YOU CAN FIND IT IN YOUR STORE I even went to the front desk and asked for him to call someone from frozen foods up to the front desk I waited 10 mins he never came. I trade at the JOHNSON CITY KROGER’S on St of Franklin. But I’ve had enough the way they are changing things around is ridiculous. Several others were complaining also. I’M DONE FOOD CITY HERE I COME.
I generally load to my card via the mobile app and I have not had any problems. I generally will sort by most recent or if I know the item I will search by name and add to my card.
According to customer service, they’ve been having problems since last week. One guy loaded some coupons to my account for me. No one else will do that. Talked to a Supervisor today. She loaded 500 fuel points to my account. I’ve been calling every day.

I haven’t been able to sign in for over a week! I have e-mailed and commented on FB. I just can’t believe they can’t fix this!
I am able to sign in online but the free friday from last week is not showing up on the Kroger app. I believe they are having some major issues with the digital coupon.
I had the same problem…the only thing that worked was hitting the orange “Sign Out” button, which is the only one that will take you to another screen to successfully sign in. GL!
